Sprouted Bean 🌱 Pediatric & Wellness | 24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Sprouted Bean, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide timely and accessible care to all families in our community, we have established the following policy:
⏰ 24-Hour Notice Required
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another family needing care.
❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $40 fee.
• No-shows (missed without notice) may be charged a $50 fee.
Insurance does not cover these fees and must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
đź’¬ How to Cancel
You can cancel by phone, email, or through our online scheduling portal.
We understand emergencies happen—please reach out so we can support you. Thank you for helping us keep care accessible, respectful, and consistent for all families.

🌱 Prescription Refill Policy
At Sprouted Bean Pediatrics & Wellness, we value personalized care and recognize that life doesn’t always follow a Monday–Friday schedule. We offer flexible support for prescription refills, including some weekend availability, while maintaining clear boundaries to ensure safe and sustainable care.
We’re committed to being accessible while protecting the wellness of our families and care team. Thank you for being so understanding
🌱 Financial Responsibility & Payment Policy
At Sprouted Bean Pediatrics & Wellness, we believe in transparent, relationship-based care—and that includes how we handle payments.
All fees for visits, membership plans, and additional services are due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been approved in writing. Because we operate as a direct-pay practice, we do not bill or process insurance claims. This model allows us to focus entirely on your family’s care without third-party interference.
We accept ACH bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). At this time, we do not accept cash or checks.
Each family is required to keep an active credit or debit card on file. This card will be securely stored and used to process visit charges, membership fees, and any additional approved expenses. You will receive a receipt after each transaction.
If you are experiencing financial hardship or need a flexible payment arrangement, we encourage you to reach out to us before your scheduled visit. We are happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
🌱 Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
At Sprouted Bean Pediatrics & Wellness, protecting your family’s privacy is a top priority. We comply with all federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), to safeguard your child’s personal health information.
We only share your child’s medical details when it is necessary for treatment, payment, or care coordination, such as referrals or lab work. We do not and will never sell your information. You have the right to access your child’s records, request corrections, and receive copies of your medical information at any time.
All communication and documentation are handled through secure, encrypted systems to ensure the highest level of confidentiality. In emergency situations, we may share relevant information with other healthcare professionals to provide safe, timely care.
If you have any questions about how your information is used or protected, we are happy to discuss our privacy practices with you.
